Q: I placed my order. When will it be dispatched?
A: We usually dispatch parcels within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Should you not have received a tracking number 5 days after you placed an order, please contact us via our contact page. If you have paid via EFT, please make sure to email us your proof of payment preferable directly from your bank account on transfer.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: As soon as our store has dispatched your order, we will send you an email containing the courier tracking number for your order. We will also include our courier contact details. Should you not have received a tracking number 5 days after you placed an order, please contact us via our contact page.
